Terms of use

1. Money

• Balances are USDC on the Solana network, kept by Arkadyus for you (custodial). You deposit from the Solana wallet you link to your account and withdraw only to that same wallet.
• Battle entries, bets and prizes use that balance. Arkadyus keeps a 5% fee of every pot. Free battles have no money at stake.
• Money in play is held until the result. If a match can't be decided (a server fails, a bug, nobody joins in time), every entry and bet is refunded. A withdrawal that fails comes back to your balance.
• You must be of legal age and allowed to play skill games for money where you live. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• We may correct balances after bugs and hold or void winnings obtained by breaking these rules.

2. Your account

• One account per person. You sign in with a link we email you.
• Your nickname is public (ranking, matches, chat). Don't use offensive nicknames or impersonate others.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.

3. Fair play

• Match fixing, letting yourself lose, using several accounts to inflate the ranking or win prizes, cheats, bots and modified clients are forbidden.
• The result of every match is decided by the game server. We may void results, remove ranking points or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Chat and conduct

• No insults, harassment, discrimination, spam, scams, or illegal or sexual content.
• Moderators can delete messages and mute or ban accounts from the chat.

5. Beta

The platform may have bugs, change or stop at any time. It is provided "as is", without warranties beyond what these terms say about money.

6. Contact and changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. What we do with your data is in the privacy policy.
